دستگاه گاماکمرای ECAM از محصولات نسبتا قدیمی دیگری از زیمنس که بصورت Referbuished عرضه می گردد، یک دستگاه گاما کمرای جنرال می باشد و برای تمامی اسکن های پزشکی هسته ای اسپکت SPECT ، تمام بدن whole-body و مسطح planar قابل استفاده است. این محصول زیمنس بصورت دو دتکتور عرضه شده است. مشخصات فنی دستگاه در ادامه آورده شده است.
میدان دید دستگاه ECAM بزرگ و مستطیل شکل به ابعاد 53.3 سانتی متر در 38.7 سانتی متر با 59 PMT در هر دتکتور میباشد.
جنس کریستال استفاده شده در سیستم ECAM از یدید سدیم با ضخامت 9.5 میلیمتر و به ابعاد 59*44.5 سانتیمتر میباشد. ماکزیمم انرژی قابل آشکارسازی توسط دتکتورهای سیستم 511 کیلوالکترون ولت ( انرژی رادیوداروی FDG مورد استفاده در پت اسکن ) میباشد. شیلدینگ دتکتورها تا انرژی 400 کیلوالکترون ولت طراحی شده است.
حداکثر تحمل تخت دستگاه برای بیمار با وزن 180 کیلوگرم میباشد. و حداکثر سرعت تخت در هر دقیقه تا 50 سانتیمتر میرسد.
